Hello, My name is Ashley and I have worked in Healthcare for a wonderful twelve years. I obtained my Certified Nursing Assistant Certification when I was eighteen years old. I have always wanted to help people in any way that I possibly could. I wanted to work in Healthcare for a number of reasons, to name a few, I'd like to start with being influenced by my Aunts. One is a Nurse and my other Aunt was an EMT for the local ambulance service. I was raised by my grandmother and father and was taught morals of repect and caring. I like the feeling of being able to make a difference in someone's life either in Emergency situations or end of life care. From A to Z care is what I can provide for your loved one. I also have several certifications that is very beneficial to caring for your love one. I have my Cardiac Arrhythmia Certification (analyzing heart rhythms), CNA, Emergency Room Technician, EMT (5 years ago but not current), and BLS. I have worked in several nursing home settings, Hospital Floor settings (all areas of care), and 10 years experience Emergency Care. I have currently been off work for approximately one year and a half, after the birth of my daughter and I am looking to get back into what I know best without the long hospital hours. I became a caregiver in 2013, certified as a CNA in 2016, I've worked with several different clients & am distinguished in caring for diversities in personality disorder, disabilities, rehab, and offering companionship. I am a Christian woman & desire to treat any of my patients as family and not as a duty, caring for people may be my job but it is also my calling & I will always do it for the reward of helping others rather than for the money.
