The reason I got in to the healthcare/home care field is because my grandpa had a lot of health issues and was in and out of a lot of rehab facilities, hospitals, etc. and after seeing the care he got, good or bad, made me want to serve people the best way I can. I absolutely adore this line of work, being able to care for not only the patient/resident but in turn being able to care for their families as well. I have experience with personal care, skilled care, and dementia care. I'm a new mom so I'm looking for a little more flexibility when it comes to my work schedule.
