Hello, my name is Escalante Reed. Im a PCA and currently going to school to become a CNA, but I have been doing home health care for nine years. I'm certified in First Aid , CPR, Mandt, Level 1 Med Aide, Behavior Supports, and Fundamentals of ID/DD. I enjoyed my job and I enjoy caring for others. I care for others as if they were my family member. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver was once my grandmother got sick and i started caring for her. The way i cared for her is the way i care for the ones i work for. I'm very energetic and loving. I keep those around me smiling and laughing. Each time i walk into someone home or when i leave and they have a smile on their face i know i have completed my job for the day.
