I feel that I am a great caregiver because I provide the optimal set of characteristics that encompas a great caregiver. I am compassionate, helpful, trustworthy, responsible, and kind, just to name a few of my qualities that make me a wonderful caregiver. I choose to become a caregiver because I truly care for people and helping people is my passion. I am currently in nursing school which is my dream career and being a caregiver provides me with a stepping stone to my desired career. A few things I like and enjoy about being a caregiver is having the oporitunity to make a difference in a persons life, and having the power to be the person that can make a huge difference in someone's day by just being there and helping out. It is a wonderful feeling at the end of the day knowing that you've helped someone when they needed it the most. Something I am very proud of is my accomplishments that I've made in nursing school. I am 21 years old and I have I one year old son. I currently work in a nursing home and at a childcare facility. I am also enrolled in nursing school at Galen college of Nursing and I have a 3.5 GPA. I love people and helping others, and I can not wait to be able to provide my services to a family or person in need of a caregiver.
