First I saw my mom who was very ill being neglected from different places of care, and I took her home and cared for her, it was really disturbing me and family as a whole seeing my own mom being treated like a garbage it was very emotional, I decided to become a caregiver after she passed away. I choose this field so I could make someone's fells loved and well taken care of, it really makes me happy when I can make a client smile knowing someone cares, unless you consider the client like a family member and treat him or her with love and dignity and love your job then I consider that person being in the wrong field. I do treat client the way I would like to be treated.
