I became a caregiver because i care a lot about others.I have a passion for putting others first.There is no reward quite like watching the smile emerge and hearing their laughter.Most importantly,the benefit of knowing you are making a difference to someone's life.What i like the most of being a caregiver is that i am doing it for someone that i care about and want to see have the best life possible. I feel a deep sense of satisfaction,confidence and accomplishment in caring for someone.I have learned about inner strengths and abilities that i didn't know i had through caregiving,and also find a greater sense of my own life purpose.Through caregiving i have been able to provide seniors with a happy and comfortable life.I have coached and trained newly hired caregivers to deliver excellence service.I understand the needs of the client,the essence of good service,and strive to provide honest timely service.A highly motivated individual reliable and exceptionally hardworking.perfect work attendance,Skilled in taking vital signs,range of motion exercise,experience with Alzheimer's Dementia care,knowledge about infection control,observe client privacy,safety and hygiene,verbal and written communication.I am a helper and supporter by nature,a good listener,I don't take things personally,very flexible and compassionate.

I have been a caregiver since 1979 ,I take pride in my work to assure that the client looks and feels there best tending to all needs ( Chatting, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting ambulating as needed. I worked at the same facility for 35 years as a C.N.A. and 3 years as there Nursing scheduler. I decided to step down from that position in December of 2014 after my husband was in a bad car accident. I am still employed as a per diem staff and fill in when needed as the scheduler. I am now looking for part time per diem hours as a home care provider.
