I would say that I have the calling to be a caregiver. I have always loved to take care of children and the elderly because of my compassionate spirit. I am a very easy going person and do not take things personally but rather I learn to understand why some people behave in certain ways. My previous job experience as a Human Resource and Administrative Manager has helped me in dealing with all kinds of people. Knowing my clients and residents and understanding them has made me deal differently with them on different days.
