I started my caregiver experience by looking after an older lady when I was in college. After that my mother had dementia and I was her caregiver for ten years. For 3 months I took care of my husband aunt who had stage 4th cancer. I continued to care for other adults. I enjoy being a companion -- helping people feel valued and need it is very important to me. I being in a marriage for 27 years, have 5 kids, very stable in my relationship with my husband and my kids. Love education , enjoy serving people.
