The first skill I posses is an excellent communicator. In my pass experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant. I have use my communication skills to speak with patients families about the patients well-being. I have also communicated with nurses and doctors about plans and concerns related to the patient. My second skill I posses as a CNA, I am a very patience caregiver. I have worked with many patients who moved slowly due to disability or due to age. This has allowed me to be patient and understanding to each patient's situation, and this has also allowed me to become empathic to each patient needs. My third skill I possess is physical stamina. Working as a CNA, I have cared for several patients at once. In some situations I had to lift or move patients with disabilities. And lastly, I am very compassionate caregiver. Being compassionate as a CNA has allowed me to care for patients accurately and responsibly. I have cared for patients of different races, backgrounds, and cultures. Showing a great amount of empathy towards patients allows patients to feel comfortable. In conclusion, I believe all of the skills I posses will make me a great caregiver to your loved one.
