Provided full daily bed baths, changing soiled under wears, grooming, denture care, re-positioning her in bed, helped with range of motions, feeding, followed her in home nurse and doctor's orders. Made reports to family reports to family on any physical and medical changes on the client. Administered medication and followed any food restrictions that applied to some of clients medication. Kept track and charted her blood pressure, bowel movements. Made emergency calls when necessary. I was responsible in house keeping duties such as; laundry, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, organizing the kitchen, meal preparations ,taking out trash and all required activities of daily living.
