So to tell you a little bit about my journey and how I became a caregiver starts with my mom being a compassionate loving nurse who taught me that giving sometimes is better than receiving. When my grandmother got ill with diabetes I took it upon myself to take care of her. The sense of fulfillment I felt helping her and other clients I took on encouraged me to take the next step and go for CNA classes. I took care of her for two years plus and After passing my Red Cross test, I am now a certified nurse assistant. Ive been a CNA for a year now and I've worked at multiple nursing homes and rehab facilities. I am not only responsible but reliable with a positive attitude and a ready to go mindset.
