* Taking queries for rental assistance, assesses eligibility including income qualification, provides education and outreach on the emergency rental assistance program and advises clients with options. * Schedules and conducts telephone and face-to-face interviews with program applicants. * Performs initial client evaluations and develops customized development plans and follow-up. * Processes valid requests for emergency rental assistance according to program requirements. * Evaluates living conditions and recommends improvement for health and safety of tenants. * Communicates with Landlords on behalf of clients on housing needs. * Ensures that all records and work papers are adequately documented. * Acting as liaison between various partners and manages client referrals as needed. * Promotes ProsperityME's programs and services through community outreach.

Provides direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Performs personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks. Fosters positive relationships between caretakers and individuals served. Ensures client safety and maintaining a safe environment. Reminds and assists clients with self-administration of medications (with proper training). Encourages self-help activities. Reports changes in client's condition or family situation to administrators and supervisors. Documents services provided. Performs home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning. Plans meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals, feeding and clean-up. Accompanies clients to scheduled appointments and transports clients or running errands for clients. Assists with toileting, including bedpans, urinals, and commode chairs as necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Leads routine, periodic, and special inspections to determine repairs needed or corrective actions taken to prevent breakdowns, unsafe conditions or * Technical Certificate as a Electro-Mechanical Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician or a Technical Degree in Precision Machining and Manufacturing, Mechanical Repair, or related technical field. Prior experience as an electromechanical technician, experience with automation in the medical field. * 4+ years of diverse experience in high volume production setting * Hands-on electro-mechanical repair, rebuild, field service experience * Familiarity with formal preventative maintenance program * Experience working in a company operating under ISO, FDA, or similar quality systems or regulations * Performs Production Equipment change-over as dictated by schedule or requested by shift supervisor (as needed or directed to best meet departmental objectives). * Interprets blueprints, equipment manuals, layouts and wiring diagrams. * Sets up and operates all equipment needed to perform assigned tasks. * Escorts and assists as necessary, outside repair persons in the performance of their contractual obligations. * Responds to alarm or trouble calls as required and maintains a strong floor presence. Functions as a key member of both the production & maintenance team and assists as necessary to accomplish production goals, and through-put initiatives.
