I am pleased to introduce myself as a RN in the field of professional caregiver. I believe my qualifications and experience make me an ideal candidate for this job. I am a licensed RN with 4+ years of proven experience effectively and efficiently managing both patients and staff. I am an extremely organized, calm, and patient professional with excellent healthcare skills. I have a passion for providing quality care to patients, and the necessary leadership skills to inspire other staff members to strive to provide above standard levels of service. I have acquired a unique blend of skills through my military, professional and educational experiences. In my military training I learned respect, leadership and the importance of teamwork in accomplishing a common objective. Through my education I have acquired perspective, especially as it relates to interpersonal communication. Our words, as innocent or as harsh as they maybe can be received by others in a myriad way and it is important to become effective in all of our communications, regardless of the audience. Over the course of my professional career I have been able to successfully apply my military training and education in the field of nursing. I am extremely proud of my career to this point and believe that in every journey across my professional career, I have left organizations better than when I found them. I have had the benefit of mentoring many individuals over the years, developing long lasting professional relationships and personal friendships.
