I worked with a women, Patsy, that was blind, had dementia, was incontinent, and used a wheelchair. I bathed, fed, and transferred to wheelchair and back using a lift belt with assist by her husband Charles. During my care, her appetite improved, fluid intake increased, diaper rash cleared up, and she was able to use the toilet again.

Cooked meals, did laundry, and other housekeeping chores. Administered clients meds. I worked with this client 3 times, each time she improved. I lift this client due to family matters in Michigan. The family called me back to resume her care 2 times.

Cared for 87 years old women with dementia. Gave client showers or bed baths as needed. Used hoyer lift to transfer client from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to living room chair and back again. Cooked, cleaned, and did laundry. Client was under hospice care when I was hired but she was removed from hospice after six months. After three months she could feed herself with minimal assistance.
