The reason I became a caregiver is because helping people is my greatest attribute. I'm an outgoing young lady, gifted with the ability to make connections with people. I am easily adaptable to any environment, and I know how to care for, interact with and understand people with physical and mental disabilities. My favorite part about being a caregiver is connecting with my residents. Working in a nursing home has helped me find that each individual has their certain quirks, and routines.
