I worked for Home Interiors & gifts as a manager out od Dallas Tx for 20 years. Leadership skills and motivational speaking were my forte I worked for a dentist after my husband passed for 9 years. I was a financial coordinator, office collections, an assisted with front desk when needed. I went into care giving in December 2012. I find it to be rewarding and the income has helped with my financial necessities .

Pam was a brain cancer patient. I worked 12 hours a day 6 days a week. I took care of her, her medical needs, and provided an up lifting environment at all times for her . I cooked/ and served 3 meals a day for her. Daily laundry, and cleaning an tidying her home to her specifications. She was a joy to work for and I truly was blessed by her. I received additional hours as her time neared as she felt more comfortable with my care. We gave morphine and numerous other meds for seizures toward the end of her journey.

I provided financial arrangement for our patients thru financial institutes so they could go ahead with the treatment plan that was offered to each patient. I set up and put in place that our patients would pay all balances the day of service , I collected all balance not being paid the day of service. I did the end of the month reports and sent out statements any an all remaining unpaid balance. . I filed insurance and made correction claims and arbitrated with insurance companies for settlements of claims, I also was a front desk receptionist putting in patients insurance information and filing the original claims . I also marketed Dr. Anderson highest quality top of the line Lumineer veneer program to his clients . I was paid a bonus on a monthly program, based on production an collection for every month. When I started Dr. Anderson was in the three figure with his collections. and when I left he 2 patients that owed him money.
