I have many years experience taking care of people all different ages. Taking care of someone takes patients, love and kindess. Making someone laugh and smile are important goals for myself. Its very important to make someone feel stress free even if its for a short time everyday, as an added plus i get to meet and connect with new people and make a positive difference in someones life. I feel this is my calling...to take care of people. I took care of my mom who passed away from cancer and i know she would proud of me for the care i gave her everyday. I also have experience people who have movement disorders. I can offer patience, understanding, love, and kindness in every situation because everyone is different and special and needs an honest and caring person to rake care of them. I am an experienced caregiver and CMA.I enjoy Doing what I do.Being raised by my grandparents and having grown up around other families with mental and physical illnesses as well as getting to go to work with my stepmom,an LPN, I believe has given me the patience and compassion I have. I have worked in facilities before and feel home care is the best for individuals when possible. I love doing private care as it gives me more one on one with my clients. Facilities teach not to "get attached" and discourage bonding between residents/clients and staff and I don't see how that is possible if you truly have a heart. I believe it takes a heart to care for people.
