A caregiver must gain trust from their "clients/patients", and I'm willing to give them just that. I'm respectful and understand the importance of quality of life. -I've always had an interest for caregiving because I feel during this time in their life is when they need all the love and support the most. They want someone who will be by their side each day to be a support whether it's to listen to them, provide light housekeeping, or assistance with personal care. -To make a difference in someone's life, and to be honest, I may be the only one to make a difference for them. This is what I enjoy most about being a caregiver. -A persona; achievement that I'm proud of is, "perseverance". I'm always finding myself in challenging situations, and I always find the motivation that is needed to change any situation or circumstances that I'm facing. This has allowed me to become a better person who is willing to do anything for the next person. It has allowed me to see things through different perspectives and to apply it to my personal life.

The elderly has a wealth of knowledge that they love to share about life and their experiences. I enjoy their appreciation for you being their caregiver and they seem so grateful. I treat them the same way I would like to be treated and the way I would like my mother to be treated if she needed care. I've been working in this field for over 6years now and I wouldn't change that. My biggest achievement is to grow with the families I work for. I am also CPR/1st AID CERTIFIED.

I'm A 34 year old female. I became a caregiver back in 2014 caring for someone is something I freaky like doing making my patient my number concern . I've always and will always treat my patient how I would want to be treated!! I have learned so much from experiencing different sickness whatever makes then comfortable and safe!!!

Hello , my name is kendra I been a caregiver for over 6 years now and I love it . I love the people I have met and got a chance to take care and help out over the years . Why I started being a caregiver because I always loved to help out people in need and seeing the smile on their faces and their loved one because they know their loved one is in good hands and is getting that love and support they need . I'm a very outgoing person and love to see everyone around me happy , I don't like to sit in one spot I always move around because it's always work to be done . One of my personal achievements is motivating that client to do something they think they cannot do because they either think their too old or just because they have a disability.
