Most are unfamiliar with the word and definition of a Doula, Doulas are trained and certified perinatal professionals; educating, supporting, advocating, assisting and caring for birthing people during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Doulas are usually free lanced or contacted by a Doula Agency, I took the free lanced route and lunched my Business, With Women Village a month after my initial training class with CAPPA, Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association. My role as a Birth and Postpartum Doula is to provide my clients perinatal support from pregnancy to postpartum. This support is competently individualized to the needs and expectations of my clients as no two pregnancies and births are the same. However, the innate need of a Birth companion or Postpartum care giver, is always the same. I offer Pregnancy and Birth Education, Pregnancy and Birth Advocacy, Physical and Emotional Care Support, Abortion Education, Abortion Support, Pregnancy Loss and Grief Support, Postpartum support, Postpartum Depression Screening, Lactation Support/Assistance, Holistic Sleep Coaching, Infant Care and Maternal Care.

Being a preschool teacher is one of the most rewarding experiences of life! I returned to teaching a little after a year since the Pandemic started. It's definitely full of new challenges but we're all in this together! I teach children ages 1-4 preschool curriculum, effective communication skills, problem solving skills, discovery through play and tools to help them better navigate the stage of rapid learning and development. It has been an absolute delight and honor to be apart of the wonders of early learning and watching little ones discover the joy of exploring education
