my name is Kachael when it's come to caring for my residents I am very patient and have great companionship and I also have great communication skills when caring for my residents I look at them as family. Most of my family members took up a role in the health care system and wanted to follow in their footsteps but I love the system just as well ..I love being with the elderly. What I enjoy most is that I get to know the residents and what they did for a living , I like to hear a good life story . A personal achievement I am proud of myself for is graduating high school it was kind of rough being that COVID had came out so I was out of school for a while but that didn't stop me , I kept pushing and I strived.
