I am 40 years old and I have been in the medical field since I was 19 years old I started out as a Emt/Paramedic. But I wanted to know if the people who I helped out lived or died so I decided to get into nursing while working as a pharmacy technician. I started working in a nursing home then I started working for Randolph county schools. Then I got into home health care nursing while still working for Randolph county schools in summer I would work for a daycare company & also the home health care nursing. I also got started working for a veterinarian & learned allot about treating animals and helping hurt animals also. I enjoy helping people and caring for them it's my passion. I feel like if I have made a difference in at least one person's life than I have done something good.

Taking care of a six month old that has special needs and also taking care of a 3 year old. My job duties are, feeding the six month old bottles that are special for him and making his bottles and formula. Also dressing him and changing his diapers. Also working with him on hand eye coordination and helping him with sitting up and rolling over and meeting his physical therapy goals. Also I would assist the physical therapist when they would come out to the home once or twice a week. With the 3 year old I would work with him teaching him numbers and letters and writing them. Also learning colors and and animals and the sounds that animals make. Also teaching him how to write his name and recognize numbers and letters and learn how to write them so he would be on a kindergarten level. Dressing assistant and potty training. Meal preparation and light house cleaning and also bathing the six month old when needed.
