I became a senior caregiver almost two years ago, prior to that I worked in disability for five years. Many of my friends say that I have a lot of compassion and would have made a great mother. My strengths are the ability to listen, be quiet, enter the persons world I am responsible for. I feel strong about acknowledging people's dignity especially as we age and become dependent. Over the past two years I have worked with approximately two dozen different seniors, all with different needs,and circumstances. What do I like about being a caregiver? Knowing that I am truly adding value to someone's life is one of the most rewarding experiences I can have and I feel very blessed and grateful for each of them. A personal achievement that I am very proud of is that I founded and community magazine while living in Australia that gives a good wholesome reflection of the lives and communities in a rural area. I sold the magazine to an Australian before I returned to the states and the magazine is still going strong! I am a Christian but acknowledge all religions. I am a very open hearted person, and would love to meet with any family who thinks I might be the right person to assist their loved one.

I consider my self a A+ CNA I'm compassionate,caring,kind,loving CNA. I always make sure the client have the up most care. I do what ever it takes to provide that care.
