Take care of residents in long term care, rehab, and memory care. Assist with ADL's such as feeding, social activities, dressing, bathing, toileting, assisting to ambulate or by using Hoyer lift, walker, and wheelchair. Monitored patient stability by checking vital signs and weight and recording intake/output information. Helped maintain a high standard of care for residents by answering call lights and monitoring behavior for signs of progress or regress. Provided preventative care to residents to manage skin-related conditions such as pressure ulcers. Charting on PointClickCare system as well as paper charting.

Assisted client with ADL's, as well as daily grooming, toileting, bathing, feeding, doctor's appointments, and assisted with ambulation. Took client to social activities out with friends, as well as at home. Prepared healthy meals with a nutritionist's menu. I can also tackle all housekeeping duties, cleaning all rooms in house, dishes, laundry, sweep, vacuum, mop, and everything in between.A true professional who will go above and beyond with personal care.
