I started out as a medical assistant, then went on to become an Emergency Medical Technician. Most of my life has been dedicated to being a first responder, but it becomes more physically challenging the older you get. I decided last year to return to college full-time at the age of fifty for public relations and have done very well. I got my CNA license in 2018 and stepped down from EMS. I like caregiving because it gives me a chance to form relationships with my clients and their families.
