I became a Caregiver because I love the thought of helping someone in need. I am a firm believer in the Word of God by loving and serving someone who needs the assistance. I wanted to be there for people, to encourage them to have hope for it is the anchor of our souls. What I like about being a Caregiver is that not only are you caring for someone but your getting to know them, building personal relationships, and growing together in the work you do. I also love hearing stories, talking with them, how they were raised, what makes them happy or sad, how life was 50 years ago, what makes them feel appreciated or not appreciated and much more! A personal achievement I am proud of is that I have never been wrote up, got in any kind of trouble, neglected my patients, been fired, I also have had the experience to do medical work in Mexico villages for 2 months with a missionary team I went to school for! I am 21 years old and super outgoing. People who know me ask why I smile so much. I have been a missionary for 2 years on and off, now I am wanting to get back into working. I am a Christian, I am NOT ashamed, and I know because of Christ, He is the reason why I love this work.
