I have always loved seeing the satisfaction my mother had from her job which inspired me to follow in her foot steps. There are so many things that make this a rewarding career, my personal favorite is the relationships you build along the way, to sit and talk to someone about their life and give them a friend as well as a helper. The highest achievement, I feel is the satisfaction of the family you are working for, as well as satisfaction of the resident. This is the main goal I strive for in my work
