I have been volunteering for the red cross over 20 years, I love working with people. I became a care giver in 2006 because thats the only thing I enjoy doing, I like to make a different in people's life. I have learn a lot from working with elders , even if they have dementia, there is still a lot you can learn from them.Some of the elders I have worked with became so closed to me to the point that some times their family members would ask for my help from home to go and talk to their patents if they get agitated, I treat elders like my own parents. I am currently working part time with Wakemed hospital at the surgical department.
