Hello, I consider myself a warm, compassionate person with a gift of patience. I empathize with many because I know what it feels like to need someone one to lend a hand and how difficult it may be to ask for that help when needed. At age 15, I cared for my dying mother and father, and decided to dedicate my life to be of service to others who could no longer care for themselves. I can honestly say that care giving brings out the best in me. When I see a need, whether it be physical, mental or spiritual one, I am challenged to work with the families to help fulfill that need. Everyone deserves that kind of experience in life and I believe everyone needs somebody. I am very proud to be a caregiver for the last 35 years and the families I have met have enriched my life and have helped me grow as a person. I have provided holistic wellness and hospice comfort for seniors in their homes since 2017. By holistic, I mean to include the care of the spirit, soul, and body. I like to motivate and help seniors to find joy in daily life. I guide the client to work through daily challenges and to have peace in their hearts! I love to cook and bake from scratch from different cultures. I also provide light cleaning, doctor's appointments, essential transport, etc. Each client has their healthcare needs and may have a specific health condition. This is very important and discussed thoroughly from the beginning, and I maintain a dynamic routine custom planned for each client, with primary consideration and communication with their medical provider. I include exercise and encourage a walk in the fresh air as possible. I love challenges and love to meet my clients' needs. My goal is to make seniors and their families happy. I have experience with Dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease. Also, with Depression, loneliness, and grief. I helped veterans, and I am familiar with the needs of Kosher homes.
