My most important trait I think is patience understanding my patients needs. I have a very good rapport with the families and work together with them for the benefit of the patient. I was attracted to caring for the elderly from my mother who is one of the best there is. I love getting to really know my patient and helping them to do the everyday care that they can no longer do for themselves. I try to do more then is expected of me . I have always earned their trust in me and they really enjoy having me as their caregiver.
