Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, and with dressing and grooming. Care for patients by changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or assisting with their personal care. Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager and what ever else is needed from me. I am very patient, compassionate, loving, and very down to earth. I treat my elders just how i would treat my family. i also have my own transportation and will not have a problem getting to my destination when needed...
