In 2017 a good family friend became ill and eventually worsened with time. Suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer's, I offered my time in aiding to her. I offered with love, non stop care. Everything from Doctor appointments and tracking medication intake to grooming and house keeping. She passed in Jan 2022.

Packer Medical specialized in DOT medical exams and DOT/NON DOT drug test exams. During the pandemic I distributed Covid-19 nasal exams. In March of 2017 I started as a part time receptionist, basic office duties that included answering phones, patient check in and out and basic paperwork. In the summer of 2017, the office manager was a no show quit, along with another staff member. Our boss wasn't in the US at the time and I didn't have a way to contact him. I opened our office and jumped in without proper training or knowledge. To jump ahead, I had taken on many responsibilities and kept our office afloat. As our boss returned, he was shocked and relieved at my knowledge and effort. From that day forward he gave me his office. With that, he moved on to bigger projects and left his office in my hands. Over the years I have created many trusting relationships with his clients and our patients. I handled all patient pre care; blood pressure, basic health screening, DOT drug testing and breathe alcohol testing, reading reports and reporting to patient charts. I handled billing, inventory, and buying. I managed new client contracts. I also resolved office problems and patient concerns. Unfortunately, due to COVID, our office didn't survive and we closed. We had mostly BOE clients and with school being closed all of 2020 it was hard to recover lost business.
