Taking care of clients needs bathing dressing making beds Wiping windows dusting mopping sweeping washing dishes laundry cooking taking clients out for activities I assisted Residents with their daily living which included using the bathroom, bathing, washing, dressing, cooking, serving food, collecting food trays and distributing their medication. I also log their medication in their medication log.I also assisted residents with other tasks such as recreational and social activities. At a day program- Instructor * Reading individual support plan * Helping residence in assign daily goals. * Ensure all residence is receiving proper care as described in their support plan. * Reporting every day routine to the supervisor. * Assist in planning, implementation and documentation of programs design to meet individual * Reading clients behavior plans * Supervising behaviors, actions, and respond of the individuals. * Accompany residents to recreational activities, day programs and doctors appointment. * Administration of medication and meal preparation.

Cleaning the client home like bathroom, laundry,kitchen, windows, floors, living room, folding laundry clothes, making beds, bathing and dressing the client feeding doing light excess like walking.I cook meals like diet meals no diet meals anything the client like to eat or the diet for the client Performs home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping and errands Prepares and serves simple modified diets according to instruction and assists with feeding as necessary Assists with bathing, dressing and grooming Assists with toileting, including use of bedpan, commode or toilet Assists with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair Assists with medication as specified on plan of care Provides routine skin care. May assist self-directing consumers in applying nonprescription topical medications to skin surface. Assist self-directing consumers in performing maintenance exercise programs Cares for male external catheter. Assists with the emptying of indwelling catheter care bag. Assists the self-directing consumer with use of oxygen equipment Assists a self-directing consumer with the changing a urinary diversion appliance or dressing when the ostomy is mature and stable Completes all other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
