I'm a good listener when it comes to Care giving . Listening and understanding your client will pay off in so many ways for the Nurse and client. It helps with many frustrations with everyone and understanding is the key. I'm not just a Nurse or worker, I've always been treated or felt like family. I am determined to go the extra mile to what needs to be done. For many years I have been in school for nursing. In the beginning I started years ago as an aide and my instructor had a vision of me going further. She took me aside and said, " Nakia this is your calling I know that it is in you to care for people. Well since that day I feel like everything she has spoke on is happening.
