I became a caregiver, to give back. I needed to feel like I made a difference in someone's life. So I always admired senior citizens and they amazed me, so one day I met a senior woman, she was having a yard sale. We met so naturally, we started to talk and then shortly after, I became her live in caregiver. And that is how I started my career as a, Professional Caregiver/ Certified PCA. Threw my eyes I see our seniors as a human guide into all of our futures, they lived a lot of life, survived and endured some of the most troubling times. Most definitely, they are built tough.
