Since being home, I have been periodically helping our neighbor, who has Alzheimer's, at home or taking him out on drives, to eat out, and in the future to appointments per the family's request. I see myself as a caring and patient person with a good sense of humor, strong commitment to family, and know how important it is to have support. I have good intuition, am very aware of safety concerns, and value the preservation of independence. Besides my work in the past, I have been a personal trainer, continue to stay fit, coach my sons' basketball teams, and played basketball at a high level when young. As a Christian, I want to serve those who struggle and alleviate some of their day to day stress.
