I manage and run the company. I am responsible for implementing a policies and procedures handbook along witht the employee handbook. I recruit, ensure each caregiver has passed all compliance standards. Create caregiver training curriculum, testing, and train each one hands on. I work directly with the CEO to troubleshoot or create systems that will benefit the most in the organization and in the employee's.

Services Coordinator is responsible for hands-on implementation of the LINC Cares resident services model and to assess the need for additional social, education and recreational programs at assigned LINC residential communities. Guides the work of interns and volunteers in the delivery of services. Maintains strong relationship with residents and becomes familiar member of the community, works closely with third party property managers, as well as other LINC departments. Establishes and maintains rapport with overall community.
