My patient Jerry is in the early stages of the Alzheimer's disease. My day starts by getting Jerry out of bed and cleaning her up, changing her depends and grooming her, I then helped Jerry to her recliner and served her morning coffee and dispensed her morning medication. I then make her morning breakfast, and served her. I transport Jerry to all Doctor appointments, grocery store, beauty salon, & nail parlors. I aided in excerising Jerry as required by her therapist and home nurse. After fixing and serving Jerry's lunch light house work was performed (dishes, sweep and mop floors, vacuuming, dusting and washing clothes and cleaning the restroom). Before my evening departure, I cooked and served Jerry her dinner, and helped get her ready for bed. I then dispense her evening medication and groom her before lying her down.

Elizabeth was Alzheimer's patient that required special care. My day started by getting her out of bed, cleaning her up, changing her depends and dressing her. I then helped her to her recliner and made her coffee and gave her morning medication to her. I then made her breakfast and served her. I bathed Elizabeth twice a week and would take her for walks three times a week as required by her doctor. I made Elizabeth lunch on a daily basis and would then lie her down for her afternoon nap. While Elizabeth was napping, I performed light housework (dishes, sweep and mop the kitchen floor, wash dry & fold her laundry, and vacuum her carpet. When needed, I would accompany Elizabeth to the doctors office and to the grocery store. I answered all questions asked by the home nurse on Elizabeth's behalf and aided her with any special needs required by her Doctor / Home Nurse.
