Bernie Smith, 78 yrs old. In a rehab recovery hospital after having surgery he had a heart attack then a stoke which left his left side affected and not able to move. The family had hired a team of us to come in a few hours a day, a few days a week. Directed patients in prescribed range of motion exercises and taking him for walks outside. Plus facilitated games and other activities to engage Bernie and to help with regaining memory and speech.

Companion for Jean Smith, 76yrs old with Alzheimer's. Three times a week for four hours would take her shopping, movies, library etc. Would go to parks with trails to walk. The position was to do thing like you would with a friend. Listening to her and engaging her in conversations, take her to visit other family members. Try to engage her in working puzzles or other games.
