I took care of an elderly woman in her home whom needed round the clock care until she was in need of hospice. My duties included: Administering medications through her feeding tube, repositioning her every 2 hours, doing exercises with her throughout the day, using a hoyer to transfer her, vitals, bathing, changing, dressing, wound care, Foley care, daily shot and pain patch as well as accompanying to doctor appointments, ensuring correct documentation, and keeping her company.
