I am very dependable, reliable, patient, and observant. I show up on time all the time when scheduled or in a pinch. i am knowledgable with individuals who have Dementia, Parkinson's, MS, Diabetes, and other TBI's. My dad who was a diabetic in renal failure and amputee was how i got started with home health care. I love helping people and keeping them home as long as possible. I love being a companion and becoming a new friend to the person i am involved with. I treat them as how i would like my parent treated. About two years ago i had my CNA license but due to me not working a hour in a nursing home they would not renew it. I like to get to know the person i am involved with by talking to the family that hires me. I also look at Med list to better know if there will be any reactions later. It helps to be knowledgable with those things.
