About Kristy

I became a caregiver because I love to help people. I grew up with a younger brother who was disabled and I loved helping my mom and dad care for him. That's when I knew I wanted to help people. In 2007 I worked with a disabled woman, I got her off of the bus, fed her and bathed her. We would go out sometimes to the store or wherever she wanted to go. I like the fact that you really feel like you're making a difference in someone's life. In 2013 I started working for Bamsi, I go to group homes or a day hab and work with the disabled.

Attend quarterly regional meetings with management to develop strategies to increase sales Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems. Ordering supplies on a weekly basis. Check in companies for their Direct Store Delivery. Reviewing the schedule to make sure we have enough coverage for the up and coming weeks.
