Hello :) I have been a stay-at-home mother of two for the past 7 years. I have provided childcare out of my home for the past 4. While I love my job, I am looking to re-enter the work force outside of my home. I have Senior care in my past work history as well. I have been a companion caregiver and a CNA to the elderly as well as disabled. I have beaming references and am an extremely kind and professional person. I enjoy children and watching them learn and grow and believe that individual time should be spent with them. I enjoy talking to the elderly and hearing their stories from the past. I am an energetic, reliable and compassionate registered nurse who is devoted to caring for others. I have 6 years of nursing experience; 4 years as a LPN and 2 years as a RN. I acquired my experience in a fast-paced hospital setting on a medical surgical floor and I am now avid in shifting my nursing practice to a private duty care giver. My interest in nursing began as a young girl after a personal family experience with a close loved one. Through my high school years, I was given the opportunity to explore the health care field more in depth by shadowing various jobs. I found nursing to be the most appealing because of its diversity and constant advances in medical trends that give plenty of opportunities to build a strong foundation of nursing skills and wide range of experiences. Through dedication and the use of medical advances, my medical expertise and skill sets, I work diligently to provide safe compassionate quality care.
