With my long tenure as a caregiver I have acquired those attributes throughout the years . Long before I decided to become a caregiver I cared for my grandmother who passed away from bone cancer. After she passed away I knew I had a calling on my life too help other elderly people who were not able to care for themselves. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is providing companionship .I believe when you show someone love and respect they give it back with much appreciation. I enjoy putting a smile on my clients faces everyday and helping them navigate through their day. Two of my achievements that I am most proud of is helping my two children reach honors in school. I'm a proud mother and I take motherhood seriously. I am also proud of my Ministry in which my husband and I have grown through the years. I take great pride in helping people obtain a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. I do not push my beliefs on anyone but if the subject presents itself it is definitely a topic I am most comfortable speaking about. I am certified as a CNA I have a CPR certification and I am also DODD certified as well. I've worked in nursing homes taking care of a wide range of residence with a wide range of health issues, the majority of my work has been working closely with clients in their homes.
