Becoming a caregiver is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love this job and being able to help people do things that most take for granted everyday. I love being someone they know they can trust, and someone who makes sure they always feel safe and as happy as possible on any given day. I was a home health aide with the company and worked with a large variety of patients and needs. I was recognized by the owner of the company for being an outstanding employee. There were some legal issues with the company that were unprofessional and I did not feel comfortable working with them any longer, but it was hard to leave my awesome clients.

I love to listen to what an elderly person has to say because I learn SO much from them. One of my patients required blood sugar readings and insulin. I learned how to administer both and I am quite proud of the fact that I have that knowledge and skill.
