I'm a great worker Dependable trustworthy hard-working I've been in private caregiving for the past 4 years I love what I do.When I'm with them I try to make them as happy as possible. Getting them to do things that they love to do! Exercising, experience with dementia am Alzheimer's disease. Walking puzzles, playing card, shopping ect, bathing showering cleaning house doing laundry and taking them to appointments especially hair appointments that they love. I absolutely love taking care of the elderly so they can stay in their homes as long as possible. The most important thing I came to understand in my years in this field, that most home health companies are quick to hire just about anyone regardless of passion for the job. My patients I had would get so angry because it was never the same person and it made them uncomfortable. So i decided to take the necessary steps to work for myself so that i can hire and train the best and ensure that i am always providing the type of care we would want for our own family.
