I am a great caregiver because I put my heart into this field. I genuinely care and do not look at this as just another job. I have sympathy and put myself in other people's shoes. I treat them how I would want my grandmother or mother treated, or even how I would want to be treated. This field isn't for everyone. It is for me though.
