I love being a caregiver, I first became a CNA in the late 70's and from their I started my journey of taking care of people old and young. This kind of work is not for everyone, it takes a loving. Caring, person to do do this kind of work. A God given talent to take care of people. You have to have patience. Understanding, caring, self discipline, compassion and most of all love. They need us, and if you don't have any of these traits then this kind of work is not for you. I took care of my mo. Before she passed in 2018 and my father he passed in 1992. I've always had compassion for elderly people thats what God called me to do. And I love it
