I have been in the health care field 20+yrs. I am hard working, a quick learner, and not afraid to ask questions if I don't understand. I enjoy helping people of all ages and take pride in giving excellent care to people that most of our society unfortunately seem to dismiss. We all have value and we never know what a blessing we are in other people's lives. I enjoy finding these blessings in others and reinforcing them. I truly enjoy caring for others and my pts can feel that about me. I'm very competent in many fields and enjoy a challenge. I am quick with a smile or laugh and often cope with stress using humor (usually laughing at myself ) . If I can get them to laugh they will relax, or get them thru an unpleasant or painful situation. I believe you can get thru anything in life using music and humor. I received my LPN license in 2001, after being a stay at home mom. On a personal note, to answer your question, I have learned several hard lessons in the past few years. 1) never allow a boyfriend to do your taxes. Lol 2) never hire an attorney to handle a tax problem without reading the fine print. Lol 3) the crazy way the state of OK handles all licenses be it a contractor, a plumber, or a nurse. They take away your livelyhood so you have no ability to pay them. 4) the resilience I have within myself to roll with the punches. And laugh. Lol Thank you for your time and consideration
