My name is Desiree . I believe Caregiving is more then rewarding i feel like it is a achievement everyday. I feel i would be a great caregiver cause I am a excellent problumes solver in every way. Like with: Communication ,transferring ,meals ,Or anything i always say (there is always a way ). I love to make people happy, enjoy there self ,or have a good time and feel good about there self. That being said I did that all day long to my clients .I tried to always find ways to make things better for my clients ,or whats going to make them enjoy there day more. I loved working in a adult foster home got to spend much more one on one time which i feel like they enjoyed more . I like To clean and get things done in a timely manner so im able to do more with my clients . Ive exspirenced alot . Never let anyone feel scared or unsafe ive stayed up all night with many clients checkin vitals all night and just being there for them . In fact i did that with one guy he had alot going on but at this time it was respitory problume after a long night of being there by him checking vitals every 15 min and giving treatments calling on all nurse documenting i ended up sending him in that morning saved his life. My boss thought he was fine told me to go to bed . but i never left his side then i made the decision for him to go in he was in hospital for 2 weeks. I new then and now i truly have a heart and passion for care giving. I always did a 48 hour live in shift which was nice. at the end of my 6 years got hired as manager but we got shut down due to other issues of improper management before i got hired as manager.
