I started my caregiving experience 19 years ago. I truly believe in the most compassionate care to be provided to seniors and/or a disabled person. My goal is to keep seniors Happy in Their Home with Effective Communication Skills, Empathy, Patience,and keeping Positivity. I Assist With Basic Needs and I also Assist and Assess Medical Needs, I can also do transfers (helping the patient that may have difficulty transferring -- from bed in the morning to a chair in the afternoon, for instance. By Being prepared to help them move and make them comfortable.) I also have experience in Ileostomy care and also heart, knee, hand and eye care both pre and post surgery care. I also have experiences in Monitoring Medications with a chart and keeping logs of blood sugars and vitals. I can also monitor performance such has physical and social activities for seniors and/or disabled persons. I also know the importance Housekeeping- I provide assistance to one by doing dishes, taking out the garbage or vacuuming ect. I can also provide Transportation-Transporting one to doctor's appointments and other activities. I have experience with patients that had Parkinson & Alzheimer and dementia. I also have experience with complex heart condition patients, and legally blind patients.
